Millwright Development Training Program

Purpose of the role:

The Training Programme provides individuals with structured workplace exposure aligned with their academic curriculum. The programme is designed to equip learners with practical skills, industry knowledge, and hands-on technical experience, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world work environment and enhance their professional development.

The job responsibilities:

  • Participate fully in workplace training as per the structured training plan.
  • Perform tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors and mentors.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to learn.
  • Work towards achieving the required practical competencies.

Profile Required

  • Qualified Millwright Trade Test Certificate
  • N3-N6 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (advantageous)
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC systems
  • Valid Working at Heights and LOTO certification
  • Basic computer literacy
  • 0-1 year exposure to mining, quarrying, or heavy industrial equipment (preferred)
