Core Purpose:

The position entails the following job responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to visitors, students and staff
  • Receive and transfer calls within the organisation
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions and assist in the coordination of various events
  • Distribute mail within MANCOSA as and when required
  • Assist with student queries and guide walk-ins
  • Perform adhoc job-related duties as assigned
  • Inventory Control for SOE and BCL

Minimum requirements

Qualification:

  • An office admin certificate or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum one year experience

Job Related Knowledge and Skills:

  • Brand and product knowledge
  • MS Office Suite
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

This is a structured, accredited learnership programme, not a traditional job placement, combining:
