  • All roles on the graduate program are permanent positions. Graduates join specific business units across our retail and commercial banking segments in teams working on building and delivering end-to-end technology solutions – from architectural design, development and testing to the implementation and management of the systems environment. Your contribution will have an important impact on business operations, the world of banking and most importantly our customers; it will inform the culture, efficiency and relationships of our business. Graduates work in a full-time role and participate in monthly training sessions as well as an action learning project as part of the graduate development program.Your responsibilities would include:
