Requirements

An appropriate Diploma in Office Administration/ Office Management and Technology or Public Administration at NQF level 6 recognised by South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) PLUS 1 year post qualification experience. Basic knowledge of financial administration Skills: Language skills and the ability to communicate well with people at different levels and from different backgrounds, Good telephone etiquette, Computer literacy, Sound
organizational skills, Good people skills, High level of reliability, Ability to act with tact discretion, Self-management and motivation. Thinking Demand: Ability to do research and analyse documents and situations.

Job Purpose: Personal Assistant For Western Cape Government

The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has opportunities for two (2) suitably qualified and competent individuals to render a secretarial support service to a senior manager(s).

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification) plus an accredited secretarial diploma and/or administrative qualification on the level of NQF level 5 (a certificate of completion should be provided); A minimum of 3 years’ experience in rendering secretarial/ administrative support services to management/ senior management.
