Who We’re Looking For

You could be the perfect candidate if you:

  • Are between 18 and 25 years old
  • Have recently completed Grade 12/Matric
  • Have a post-matric qualification (Certificate, Diploma or equivalent)
  • Have no prior work experience
  • Have good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate good numerical ability
  • Have intermediate computer and MS Office skills
  • Are eager to learn, grow and contribute
  • Have not previously participated in the YES Programme

DHL Express South Africa is proud to introduce the Graduate Development Programme to be offered to recently graduated students as well as unemployed graduates who wish to grow their career and gain excellent skills, knowledge and experience within the express courier business.

The Graduate Development Programme places successful candidates on a rotational development plan within the various divisions of the Sun Sahara Africa Express business and provides a combination of structured learning and workplace experience. Graduates will be given a 12 to 24 months contract.
