Minimum Required Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree / Adv Diploma in Environmental Management / Geography
The Appointee should:
- Be a South African Citizen
- Have studied at a South African University
- Be medically fit to work in the specific business area
- Have a clear security screening record
- Have a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Previous working experience
Additional Requirements:
- Relevant computer skills (MS Office)
- Numerical skills
- Basic report writing skills
- Knowledge of applicable legislation and statutory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Objectives: Ensure that exposure programme objectives and associated tasks are well understood. • Ensure that all phases of the developmental exposure programme are completed within the specified timeframe. • Ensure that all queries and concerns associated with the developmental exposure programme and completion thereof are escalated where necessary.
- Discipline Specific Duties: Adhere to all company policies, standards and procedures. • Perform all assigned tasks in a safe manner. • Assist team members in the implementation of initiatives and programmes. • Capturing and reporting of information. • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Compile reports and arrange discussion of progress with the appropriate supervisor / development stakeholder. • Report all inconsistencies and obstacles. • Report and communicate ideas and recommendations.
