Job Description
The OpsXperience Programme is a 12‑month paid work‑experience internship designed for unemployed graduates to gain practical, hands‑on exposure within Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) Operations. The programme provides graduates with the opportunity to build foundational banking, operational, and professional skills while contributing meaningfully to live business environments. Graduates are placed within operational teams across RMB, where they gain exposure to real processes, systems, and projects, while developing the skills required to succeed in a professional banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality work across assigned tasks, projects, and deliverables
- Support operational teams through accurate execution, planning, and timely reporting

Qualifications and Experience
- A recognised Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Engineering
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Statistics
- Legal
- Commerce
- No or limited formal work experience (less than 12 months)
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
