Department of Tourism, Harambee and SANPARKS Integrated Service Excellence Programme 2026 for Unemployed Youths

The Department of Tourism, in collaboration with Harambee and SANPARKS, invites applicants to apply for the Integrated Service Excellence Programme. This opportunity is a 12 months contract.

This Programme is targeted at unemployed youth to widen employment opportunities in the hospitality and travel and tourism. Applicants must stay within thirty (30) kilometers radius of the following participating sites and surrounding communities and land claimants.

The stipend is based on a maximum of 23 days worked per month.

Requirements

  • Be a South African citizen aged 18–35.
  • Have a Matric Certificate (submit a certified copy).
  • Submit a certified copy of their ID.
  • Provide proof of residence (e.g. municipal bill, letter from a Tribal Authority, or other valid proof).
  • Declare in the application letter if they have previously participated in the Department’s learnership or skills programmes.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and as required.
  • Have a passion for travel, tourism, and hospitality.
  • Have a clear criminal record.

Salary: R4600.00 Per Month
