Key Purpose
The Eng & Capex Projects Technical Trainee programme is a structured 18-month programme that is designed to address the acquisition of technical skills and experience for graduates as well as familiarize them with the company culture and principles. The programme consists of 36 modules & various internal /external training course, plus the opportunity to act in a Project Engineering role. Candidates must be prepared to travel. The position reports to the Front End Planning Manager at the Zone. Upon completion of the programme & successful checkout, an individual will be placed as a Projects Engineer at a Brewery.

Profile:
- Matric Certificate/ NSC
- A Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biological sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Construction or Civil Engineering
- A Project Management qualification or Project Management experience would be an advantage
