Job Description

This programme offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience, develop industry knowledge, and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a participant in our Graduate Programme, you will work alongside experienced professionals, receive on-the-job training, and gain exposure to various aspects of the Non-Life Insurance business.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Honours Degree in Actuarial Science.
- A minimum academic average of 65% or above.
- South African citizen.
- No more than two years’ post-graduate work experience.
- Preferred Criteria
- Preference will be given to candidates with a strong interest in the Non-Life Insurance sector.
- For actuarial-focused opportunities, preference will be given to candidates who have obtained a minimum of six (6) actuarial exemptions from an accredited university and who are progressing towards a professional actuarial qualification.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, community, sporting, or student initiatives will be advantageous.
